We administer quality control through our quality inspection and response program, which starts with understanding what needs to be controlled.
Detailed work schedules for routine and project work will be provided and serve as the primary tool in which to measure our performance. The site supervisor and project manager will perform scheduled and random physical inspections of the work performance. Written reports are generated and management staff use the report as a baseline for correction and training.
Our goal is to identify and correct and prevent future deficiencies before they become customer complaints. Our aim is to prevent errors before they occur. "Zero defects" is a TQM concept that applies to the service industry as it does to any other. Our goal is to accomplish "zero defects" in critical functional areas.
